Orders & Shipping

Every Sharvyn piece is made to order. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from the date your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. If you're outside these regions and would like to order, reach out through our contact page and we'll do our best to help.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link where available. If you haven't received tracking after a few days, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The fastest way is to return your original piece and place a new order for the size you'd like. If you'd like fit guidance first, reach out — we're glad to help.

Products & Sizing

Our Size Guide has a general fit chart and measuring tips. Individual product pages list specific measurements where available — we recommend checking those before ordering.

Care instructions are included with each piece and on the product page where applicable. As a general rule, gentle cold wash and air drying will help your Sharvyn pieces last.
