SHIPPING POLICY — SHARVYN

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, flat rate of $8 CAD. Free for orders of $75 CAD and up.

United States Shipping
Standard International: 3-5 business days, flat rate of $8 USD. Free for orders of $100 USD and up.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Sharvyn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
Sharvyn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
