Everything you need to know about getting your Sharvyn pieces — and what to do if something isn't quite right.

01 — Shipping

Delivery

Every Sharvyn piece is made to order and shipped with care. Because we work directly with our makers rather than holding mass inventory, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from the date your order is placed.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. Tracking is provided where available. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

02 — Returns

Our Return Policy

We want you to feel certain in every piece. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

03 — Refunds

How Refunds Work

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send an email to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your original piece and place a new order. If you'd like guidance on fit before ordering, reach out — we're glad to help.
